This Policy explains the privacy practices of IRIS MEDIA SOLUTIONS SL and its family of related companies (collectively, "SEBOGO") and applies to your use of Sebogo's online products and services including various e-mail newsletters published by Sebogo, the Websites that link to this policy, and any related information services (collectively, the "Online Services").
This Policy covers how Sebogo treats the personal information we collect and receive related to your use of our Online Services.
When we refer to "personal information," what we mean is any information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, and any other information that is not otherwise publicly available.
Please understand that this Policy does not apply to the practices of people or companies that Sebogo does not own, control, employ, or manage.
Minors - You must be at least 18 years old to register or subscribe for Sebogo's Online Services. If you are under the age of 18, you can use Sebogo only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, your parents or guardians.
SEBOGO may collect personal information about you when you visit and use our Websites, when you register or subscribe for and sign in to our Online Services, when you visit the Websites of some SEBOGO partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes sponsored by or in connection with SEBOGO.
SEBOGO may combine the information that we collect about you with information that we obtain from business partners or other sources.
When you register or subscribe to our Online Services, we may ask you to provide information such as your name, mailing address (including country of residence), e-mail address, telephone number, Instant Messaging address, birth year, gender, preferred airport, occupation, and other personal interests. In addition, when you register or subscribe to our Online Services, we collect and store your IP address. Note that you are not anonymous to us when you sign in to our Online Services.
SEBOGO may collect information about your transactions with us and our business partners through our Online Services.
Furthermore, when you use our Online Services, we receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, SEBOGO cookie information, the type of software and hardware you are using and the Web page(s) you visit.
Protecting your Information
SEBOGO has a sophisticated security program intended to keep the information stored in our systems protected from unauthorised access.
We store your information in secure data centres located in the France and in Spain. Our systems are configured with data encryption, or scrambling technologies and firewalls constructed to the highest industry standards. We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that protects the data you send over the Internet. Third party security firms review our internal security policies and documentation regularly.
Every email we send included a link to Unsubscribe. Should you wish to stop receiving commercial emails from Sebogo, please click on the Unsubscribe link provided within every email and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can also send your request to stop receiving commercial emails from Sebogo by sending an email with the subject “Unsubscribe” to INFO@SEBOGO.COM. In any case, please allow up to 7 working days (7) for our system to process your request.
SEBOGO only collects personal information from those that have expressly consented to receive our email by providing an email address, communicating with us by email and/or subscribing to Sebogo. Sebogo does not add users to its database when the consent has not been obtained. If you wish to refer a friend to Sebogo, please ask your friend to sign up directly.
By giving us your email address, communicate with us by email and/or subscribe to Sebogo, you are expressively giving us your consent to receive our email communications. Therefore, you will also accept that the content of those emails will meet all legal requirements.
Cookies and Web Beacons
A cookie, also known as an HTTP cookie, web cookie, or browser cookie, is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user's web browser while the user is browsing that website. Every time the user loads the website, the browser sends the cookie back to the server to notify the website of the user's previous activity. Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember stateful information (such as items in a shopping cart) or to record the user's browsing activity (including clicking particular buttons, logging in, or recording which pages were visited by the user as far back as months or years ago).
Sebogo may use Web beacons to access Sebogo cookies in connection with our Online Services.
A Web beacon is an electronic file stored in a Web page that allows us to count visitors to our Websites and to recognize users by accessing Sebogo cookies which help us personalize your experience when you use our Online Services.
Sebogo also uses Web beacons to conduct research on behalf of our partners and for auditing purposes. No personally identifiable information about you is shared with partners from this research.
Sharing and Disclosing Information
Sebogo does not rent or sell personal information about you to third parties, however, we reserve the right to share the personal information we collect about you through our Online Services with third parties when we have your permission or under the circumstances described below.
Sebogo may use the data we collect about you for the following purposes:
- To provide you with the products or services you have requested from us or through our Online Services;

- To customize the content and provide targeted advertising for our Online Services and to improve our Online Services;
- To contact you with offers by Sebogo and/or third parties that we think may be of interest to you;
- To conduct research and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients;
- We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer our Websites and to estimate the total number of Internet users who visit our Websites from certain countries or regions of the world;
- We may provide data to trusted partners who work on our behalf to communicate with you about offers from Sebogo and our marketing partners. Note, these companies do not have any right to use or share the data for any other purposes;
- When you enter a promotion sponsored or offered in connection with Sebogo, we may contact you and share your personal information with third parties so that we may administer the promotion, for prize fulfilment, and as otherwise specified in the official rules for the promotion.
- In order to provide our users a seamless experience, some pages on our Websites may be hosted by unrelated third parties.
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.

If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
These terms control the relationship between Sebogo and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The laws of Madrid, Spain will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the courts of Madrid, Spain and you and Sebogo consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Right to Information / Rectification
You are entitled at any time and without any fee to obtain information about all your Personal Data that we store. Also, you can at any time withdraw your consent to the use of the data that you gave when the data was collected. In addition, you can always demand the deletion and the rectification of your data. However, statutory provisions, especially such regarding technical accounting and bookkeeping purposes, may prohibit such a deletion.
